Default Transferring "regular" calls with messenger

I need to transfer calls coming to a regular phone to messenger calls. So when
someone calls me on a regular phone (sitting next to a computer with DSL and
running messenger) that call is transferred to another place with an internet DSL
connection.

Greetings John,

At the moment, I don't believe there's any service to do what you describe, the only thing
that ever came/comes close to this was ICQphone for ICQ:
