Default Howto suppres program name prefix from print job name

Hi,

when I print a document named "test.doc" from MS Word, the document
name in the printer spooler shows the job name "Microsoft Word -
test.doc". Is there a way to configure this name? In my case I need to
suppress the program name, i.e. the prefix "Microsoft Word - ".

My programm uses Word to send faxes to a fax printer. The fax printer
keeps a journal of all faxed documents. But the journal is more or
less useless, as the document name is truncated. So I can see that
most faxes where sent from Microsoft Word, but the real document name
that follows is in most cases not readable, because it got
truncated...

TIA,
Stefan
