Slow browser after downloading shareware and playing video
I downloaded shareware for kazaa.com and downloaded a
video file. The file would not open automatically and prompted me in a menu stating, "which program would you like to use to open this file?" I selected Windows Media Player. However, the box that can be checked to always have Windows Media Player play the video was not accessible. It was checked, but blocked so that I could not select or change it. Since that time, my IE browser is much slower then usual when I surf the web. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem? Thanks, Allen |

You can uninstall Kazaa and run AdAware to get rid of the spyware that it
loads. That should speed your computer back up a bit. Also, make sure that your hard drive is defragmented on occasion. Tom "Allen" wrote in message ...
