HELP!! Experiencing blonde moment!!

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the word - but, if
all else fails and no one else can provide assistance -
my suggestion would be to restore the computer in
question to it's default settings. NOTE: Only do this
if you do not care about losing all added programs and
saved information.
