Default OT Bitcoin mining?

One thing I found rather amazing, is that anyone

I thought of a joint venture between a building owner and a bitcoin
miner.. the excess heat could be used to heat the building. It would
work in colder climates but not everywhere. I have not done the math to
see if its feasible to invest in the hardware.

1. Excellent idea, thanks.

2. But the excess heat could be used to power an air-conditioner,
analogous to the old Servel gas refrigerators. That would make it
