can't access net via dial-up connection
About 2 months ago, I lost the ability to access the net
through my ISP, (JUNO platinum 5.0). I've called their helpline four times ($1.95/min.) and have tried numerous fixes, including replacing my modem. Nothing worked. Now I'm getting an "RAS error code 619". Juno says its a windows problem. I'm at my wit's end.

Consider getting another ISP. They aren't being very helpful. Don't
