Default Access Denied when trying to access Documents & Settings

Hello,

I have three computers setup in a workgroup. I setup my account on all three
computers identically and each account has Administrative rights on the
computer. I have set the computers to share the entire harddrive as C and
also checked the box for "Allow network users to change my files".

I can access the hard drive on each of the other two computers just fine
except when I try to access other users profiles in Documents and Settings.
When I try and access other profiles I am getting "Access Denied". I was
under the impression that since I am an Administrator on these other
computers that I should be able to access any profile.

Is there a way I can access these profiles?

Thanks,
Michael
