Default Embedding Sound Files in Windows Mail (Vista)

Dear Hilary,
I hope that this is not your real E-mail address.
As to embedding your midi you may have to use a word processor like Word to
create the doc or web page and send it as an attachment to your message.
HTH,
ern.

I've posted twice about Christmas MIDI files not being embedded in
Windows Mail, on the Vista Mail newsgroup. No one has answered. This
isn't an issue of volume of successfully embedded files being turned
way low; this is the files being attached as attachments.

I've read the Source tab and can't figure out where the files are
Attaching rather than being embedded. I apologize for posting here,
but no one has answered elsewhere. Thank you.
