Default Win XP - password cache

In winxp this is not possible to my knowledge. In win9x
based computer this could be achieved by searching for a
file with the username with the extension .pwf

I am wanting to know if there is a way to access the file
that holds the passwords that I have OK'd to save when I
visit a web site. Is it read only? What if I want to
delete a password or all of them? Any help is
appreciated. Thanks . . B
