NEW DVD - CD works - DVD does Not
Windows XP Pro - SP2 and all the latest updates.
Added a Sony DVD RW DW-D22A to the system. Windows found new harware and installed it. Drive will read CD Roms just fine. Window's Explorer will not read the Directory of a DVD disk. DVD has latest firmware. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DVD device multiple times - still no succuss. No issues in Device Manager with the drive. Seems like windows just does not know what to do with a DVD - I tried both a DVD ROM and DVD Movie. Window's explorer times out and states that NO Media is loaded. Please Help.
