Laptop screen off but windows still running
Hello NG,
I have a problem with my laptop (Samsung). I use a route navigation with it. Sometimes the display turns off, but I still can here the voice, so Windows XP Pro is still running. But I'm not able to turn the display on again, so I must restart my laptop. I configured everything in the way, that there's never sleep mode and there's no screen saver, and the energie options to turn off hardware after some time are all disabled (everything is always on either in batterie mode and in power cable mode). There's nothing more I can find out to configure Windows XP Pro. Do you know the problem with the display turning off and how I can fix it? Or do you know who can help me? Thanks in advance. Guido
