To avoid malware, you should make a point of always going to the
author's own web site. In this case, the above site points to the
author's, but it's a good rule to follow anyway.

The official TClock 2010 site is:

Ironic. The author's site points to my link, which is why I
posted it.
"The download for T-Clock 2010 is available here on the
Donation Coder forum where the beta was tested. This is I feel the
best way to ensure that the download is available as access to my site
can be intermittent at times"

I just read more at the donationcoder site, and it looks like the
author hung out and collaborated with others there. In fact, in the
thread you mentioned, a some others have offered a few updates to
TClock 2010. I'm running one of them now which has fixed at least one
annoying behavior of the older version - after opening the calendar, it
wouldn't close automatically, you had to click its [X] control. Now it
goes away when you click anywhere.

But I still stand by my general advice. When you google for a program
you'll find lots of web sites that list it, and many of them aren't
sanctioned by the author and may lead to outdated versions and malware.
We get messages here from people who have been thus bitten every couple
of weeks. It's safest to go to the source.

This is a feature of TClock.

In TClock Properties, Micellaneous Tab.

Un-Checking "Close Calendar on lose focus" will automatically close the
calendar. Checking it will require you to click the upper right X to
close the calendar.

Isn't English wonderfull. Some times you wonder how we communicate.

If that's supposed to be some kind of slam at me for being unobservant
or something, you're right, I never noticed that setting, or if I did
it was years ago. Congratulations, you win a doggie treat.

On the other hand, I just checked it out, and that setting doesn't and
didn't work reliably on my system on the old Build 95 version. It does,
however work in version 2.0.2 Build 99 that I found yesterday.

No slam intended. I just love English words.

Such as Behave. (To mind your mother and do what your are suppose to do)
Many years ago when my daughter was learning to talk, my wife told
her to behave. The daughter replied that she was being have.
Perfectly logical for some one learning the language. I am still
trying to figure out what "Have" means.

To get her the two are examples of the lack of logic in the English
language. Together they illustrate what I am talking about when I say
you wonder how we communicate.
