How do I delete some or all of the temporary web pages that are stored in history.

Clear all.
Right click IE icon | Properties | General tab |
Clear History button
----
Clear some. Go to
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Local Settings\History
and delete the items you don't want.

Default Temporary web page deletion

Hello,

Open IE, Click on Tools then Internet Options.

In the center of the window you will see Temporary Internet Files. Here
you can Delete Files or View Files.
