MS WOrd Status Bar
I am teaching a class in MS Word XP. The status bar is
needed to type the sample letters appropriately but on just a few of my PCs the status bar is dimmed. I went to Tools-Options to select the status bar to view but it was already selected. Any ideas on why the status bar is still dimmed and thus unusable? |

Wouldn't your question be better addressed to an Office or, better still, a Word group? -- Perdita X. Because that's wrong - that's the name for the suite only - the individual
products should be referred to by the year. Only for Office XP, not for Office Suites in general. Office 97 contained Word 6, I believe. Office 2003 contains Word 2003. Microsoft loves to screw with naming. -- Brian Tillman Smiths Aerospace 3290 Patterson Ave. SE, MS 1B3 Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1991 Brian.Tillman is the name, smiths-aerospace.com is the domain. I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me. |
