cannot remove program from add and remove programs

Default cannot remove program from add and remove programs

just installed casino-poker play and realised it wasnt the one i wanted but
now cant delete it from add and remove programs. It says the pathway or file
is not associated?? Something like that. Please help as its a big program
and is slowind down my old laptop
