Default " regsvr.exe DLL initialization failed " message on every shutdown

I had SP2, now upgraded to SP3, but EVERY time at shutdown i got the message
with a header:

regsvr.exe DLL initialization failed

What is that?

How to cure it?

"regsvr32.exe DLL initialization failed" - sorry that's correct one.

Do you have installed Orb?

If yes either uninstall or try a later version.
