on my computer. I just click OK, and then everything is fine. Please hlep

me
get this away. I have tried using Ad-aware, spybot, hijack... Nothing
worked. Please Help!

See if this works ...

Start | Run | MSCONFIG | OK
Go to the Startup tab
Look for a line that contains the text winupd in it. Unselect it. Click OK.
Let it reboot.

On next reboot, tell the popup message to not bother you anymore about being
in selective startup mode & click OK (do not click the cancel button).

Yes, it really is funny... what is her problem?

Isn't it funny she does this shìt? Makes a post to you saying, she will
ignore you LOL!

Obviously you do not have a life, Miss Perspicacia Tick, considering you
read my posts and decided to take your time to type your little paragraph

to
me. You don't know me, so don't talk to me like that. You were rude and
ignorant and I will ignore any message I see from you in response to this.
Hopefully, you read this and realize that Justin does have a problem and
will post as many times as he feels like it! And, I thank everyone who was
kind enough to answer me with respect and dignity, UNLIKE MISS TICK!

Suggest you go back and review the replies from the first time you

posted,
and the second, and the third, and the fourth, and the fifth - and the
sixth! This is Usenet, it isn't MS technical support, and posting every

five
minutes isn't going to have your question answered any faster - quite the
opposite in fact - people will just kill-file you as you need to learn

some
patience! People here do have lives away from these groups - we're not

all
hanging around here in case Justin has a problem!

Ok, go here and obtain this little startups-lister:
http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/startuplist1521.zip

Alternately, you can go to the site and look for the download link for
StartupList 1.52.1
http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/index.html

Put it in some folder, create a shortcut to it within that same folder, copy
the shortcut and paste it to your desktop. This method will cause the text
file to be created in the same folder as the utility is in.

Then see if you can find the file listed anywhere there, post here what you
find of that name.

After everything is ok, might want to rename the report file "original.txt"
or something for later historical comparisons.

No that didn't work. Anything else?

Ok, if you found it in MSCONFIG then later on you'll want to turn it back on
again ... not yet, though.
