TV Card giving me error

Default TV Card giving me error

hi there,
i have a problem, i have a TV @neywhere (MSI Part No. MS-8606-020)
card in my computer and i istall driver and software to watch tv on my
computer but its not working i try different operating systems, and
my system specifications is:

1GB ram
P4 3.4 GHz HT
80 GB Serial ATA
Intel Mother Bord,
Onboard VGA with 32 MB Shaired Memory
Resulution 600x800
operating system i tryied yet.....

Windows xp home
Windows xp professional (build 2600 sp 1 and sp2)
Windows 2000 NT Professional
Windows 2000 NT Server
Windows 2003 Server

but i have same problem.



The Instruction at "0x6e144d66" referenced memory at

0x00bf1000". The momory could not be "read"
Click on ok to terminate the program
Click Cancel to debug the program

now i don't know how to solve this problem, is there any one how have
any idea to rid off this problem?

Have you tried increasing the memory on your onboard VGA card??
How are you connecting to TV signal...antena? Cable? CableBox??Satelite??
Can you download the channel guide??
