Default Problems visualizing Java enabled pages

I used to go to a chat room through the web. A couple of
weeks ago, I had to reinstall XP Home Edition and added
Norton Personal Firewall.
Now, I cannot get that page (it looks like a missing
picture)
Then, I disabled the antivirus, anti Pop-up and firewall
programs. Nothing happens.
Then I changed the security settings for IExplorer to the
lowest level. Still nothing.

Any clue? Thank you in advance.
