can't print with designjet500
XP installs printer but will not print. Shows printing in dialogue box but
never prints. Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure they are the correct drivers are installed, its better if you go to
the printer manufacturer's web site and download them form there. "gary s" wrote: XP installs printer but will not print. Shows printing in dialogue box but never prints. Anyone have any suggestions?
