If the drivers are available from the hardware manufacturers web site for each of the parts for Windows XP (you know what they are in detail - since you gave details) then it is supported in Windows XP. If the manufacturers do not choose to provide drivers for their hardware for Windows XP (their perogative) then it is not supported in WIndows XP. Despite what you might have believed up until now and/or what rumors/stories you have heard - support for a hardware device in an Operating System is not usually determined by the manufacturer of the operating system - but by the manufacturers of the hardware device. They either provide drivers/support for a given OS or they do not. So look up your components, see if they list Windows XP as being supported and discover for yourself your answer. ;-) -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP -- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html |
