computer restarts constantly

Hello,
My name is Richard; I am part of Dell's Online Community Outreach
group. I wanted to ask if you have the Dell cds that came with the
system. Look for a Drivers and Utilities cd; it has diagnostics on it
that the computer can boot to. If you do not have that cd then we need
to send you one, request this by calling Dell.

The diagnostic is the best way to determine if your situation is
related to hardware or software. Once we know what is responsible for
the constant restarts then we can properly fix the problem.
