Default Movie Maker won't let me save

For some reason, MM will not let me save any movie files. it always gives me
this message:

I have a Windows XP, and I'm running MM version 2.1 I think... can anyone
help?

You can't save because you're using a photo from a location that is not on
your PC. Download the photo from PhotoBucket and put it somewhere on your
own hard drive.

Replace the current remote jpg with the one on your hard drive and try
again.

But I'm not using any photos... I'm using clips from kingdom hearts and I
have not moved them from their location ever since I downloaded them.... I
tried something earlier. I took a freash collection of clips (downloaded them
about 5 mins before) and tried to save that, but it still gave me that
message...
