Default DELL DESK TOP

My brothers computer keeps shutting down and flickering....wont stay on very
long for you do anything.

He's in a panic....so am I. He has bad eyes and his only way of reading
events, news etc.

It most likely has hardware problems.
You should take it to a reliable shop for evaluation.

Shutting down - overheating ? ; flickering - monitor/video card ?
