Unhappy XP Alert I keep getting?

XP Alert I keep getting?

"Your database is being upgraded"

This will dramatically increase performance of your devices but may require all data to be resynchronized.

"OK" (in a box)

Anyone know what this is?

Are you running a database?
If so, what database application are you running?
If not, have you checked for spyware?

Running 3 might seem a little 'belt and braces' but these 3 seem to work well together (not running at the same time though) and it would probably be a good idea to do this anyway.
