Domain login name does not change
Well, I don't know for SURE, but check out the following:
Go to the Red N in the system tray, right-click and select Novell Client Properties. Click on the Location Profile tab, highlight Default (or whatever location profile may be listed), and click on Properties. Click on "Default" Service Instance properties, and you will see a couple of things that may need to be changed. On the credentials tab, delete the Username that is listed (although this will fill back in with next person who logs in), and make sure the "Save profile after successful login" box is checked. Let us know if this works. If not, there are other things that we can look at. Hope this helps. Thanks, Jack -----Original Message----- I have a Windows XP Pro SP1a PC that logs onto a domain and also has Novell Client 4.9 SP1. No matter who logs onto the PC, the domain user name defaults to one particular user, not the last user to log in. Anyone know who to correct this? I want the last username to be the default. . |
