Default "E-mail this file".. Using MSN email

Windows XP has a great feature for novice users where
they can select a picture and click 'e-mail this file'
from the task group at the left of the explorer window.

How do you get XP to open the MSN email program instead
of the default Outlook express email?

My novice uncle could make great use of this feature to
send his digital pictures but I need to make it open MSN
email when it attaches the picture(s).

Thanks Kem
