Default users and administrator

I was trying to change name and password and accidently
deleted administrator, now I cannot make any changes or
get the administrator back. lease help???

You can't delete the built-in Administrator, what you probably did was to
delete a User with Administrator Rights.
As you don't say waht version you use,
In Home edition, boot into Safe Mode.
In Pro, at the welcome screen press Ctl-Alt-Del twice.
Log in as administrator, (probably no password unless you know otherwise)
and re-create your user account.
