Default no 'net watcher' in XP?

I just "upgraded" a 98SE computer on our peer-to-peer
network to XP Home. Under 98, we had 'net watcher'
installed to be able to view accesses and open files and
folders from other users. The 'net watcher' disappeared
with the upgrade, and I don't find any similar tool in XP
Home. Is there one?

Not familiar with Ne****cher but the Shared Folders category in Computer
Management may be what you want.
