I ran "Windows 10 November 2019 Update .EXE";
now "wsappx" is consuming 5% of my CPU
and it's periodically turns my mouse cursor into an hourglass.

The solution:

; Stop the "Windows Store" (wsappx) busy CPU/Disk madness !!
; -- Merge and ReBoot.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\AppXSVC]
"Start"=dword:4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\ClipSVC]
"Start"=dword:4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\WSService]
"Start"=dword:4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\StateRepository]
"Start"=dword:4

At "Windows Update and Security - Advanced Options"
I turned off "Allow downloads from other PCs".

Also:

; ReGain ownership/privileges of "TrustedInstaller", "DefaultMediaCost"
; and "Windows Defender" -Manually-, Merge and ReBoot.

etc. etc. etc.

Thanks for the heads up!
