Default Inviting Questions

I want to incorporate Messenger into my business Web site. I'm a Realtor and
when I'm working on my computer, I want to be able to let visitors know they
can ask me a question in real time - like you see with LivePerson.

I assume the visitor would have to have windows messenger installed, so
would it be better for me to use something like ProvideSupport.com by
Microsoft for $99 per year.

Your input is greatly appreciated, and here's my site for review:
mrtownhome.net
