Hi,
I have been using windows messenger at work to contact another employee. (legitimately I add), but we are now using a different package. Is there a way I can remove my login name etc from the sign on screen ? Thanks |

Greetings,
Do you mean the Passport.NET login dialog? If so, simply follow the instructions here to remove it: http://messenger.jonathankay.com/problem.aspx?id=2 -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2007 Jonathan Kay. There is a box with my E-Mail address in it, and an option to save my
password. If I delete my E-Mail address and quit the program when I return it's still there. Or if I delete it and click the drop down arrow it's underneath. I tried the link above and this seems to guide you to setting up a new id Thanks "Jonathan Kay [MVP]" wrote: Greetings, Do you mean the Passport.NET login dialog? Ahem, maybe if I had studied things more carefully I'd have saved some
embarrassment. The link above does have the information, I just need to learn how to read properly !!
