Default Task Manager

Does anyone happen to know how to install or get the Task manager to work? I
have tried everything I can possible think of to get it to work...followed
all the directions ....just keeps saying it's been disabled....how do I
enable it?? Any assistance would be great......I"m using windows xp.....Thank
you

CALI, have you installed it from your windows cd rom? just a thought
