Default MSN Works Address Book

I was adding names to my book, at the end when I tried to close it would not
close. It was flickering and it not allow program to close without a hard
reboot. When I rebooted I tried to open the book and It keeps telling me an
error occured while trying to open the file. I tried all the recommended
fixes but nothing works. Secret fix? Or have i lost the book? I can't even
start a new one.

MSN
or
MIcrosoft Works?

(Or is there an MSN Works I don't know about?)

If Microsoft Works - I would suggest finding the experts in such matters:
microsoft.public.works.win

You'd have a better chance at an answer there.
