Windows Logon Hangs for long time

HI,
When press alt+ctl+del and enter my login id and
password for the domain it hangs there for more than 2-3
mins and then logs my personal settings. Is there any way
to reduce that logon time. This is with respect to a
particular laptop, as if the same user logs onto the
another machine of the same domain it takes less than a
minute to login the same domain. Please let me know if
you have any solution to it.
