Default Bluetooth Problem

Every time I start my computer I get this error message(Unable to start the Bluetooth stack service) How to I fix this problem?

You need to Upgrade to Windows 10. It's the latest Operating System and
it is considered to be the most secure than any of its predecessors.

This question was asked in the MS community forum and answered with 2
methods; the OP reported that the first method worked; uninstalling and
reinstalling the BT drivers.

Windows 7 Enterprise -- "BtTray Error: unable to start the bluetooth
stack service" -- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers with no
effect - even getting the newest Broadcom drivers and Dell drivers. --
(Ans) Method 1: (specific uninstall-reinstall instructions) Method
2: (clean boot troubleshooting instructions)--
