Printing Upside Down

I have a Xerox DocuCentre 440ST at work and I'm having
problems with a laptop printing to one of the trays. 2
other people use Tray 1 for letterhead printing along
with another gentleman. The 2 people have no problems
with the letterhead being face up in the tray and
printing to it, but the one gentleman needs to flip the
letterhead paper over so he can print normally. He can
print fine to all the other trays perfectly.

Any advice is appreciated.
