Go to

www.malwarebytes.org

and download the free version, but do not run it yet.

Clear out temp Internet files using the tool in your browser.

Boot into Safe Mode, and then run Malwarebytes.

Remove any infections that it finds.

Boot into regular mode, and run it again.

All clear? If so, turn off the System Restore function. This will take a
minute or two.

When it has finished whirring away, re-instate System Restore and create a
new restore point..

Report back here with a progress report..

(you have to run it to download the latest definitions)

Clear out temp Internet files using the tool in your browser.

Boot into Safe Mode, and then run Malwarebytes.

Remove any infections that it finds.

Boot into regular mode, and run it again.

(If you didn't update it before, at least update it now)

All clear? If so, turn off the System Restore function. This will take a
minute or two.

When it has finished whirring away, re-instate System Restore and create a
new restore point..

Report back here with a progress report..

Please provide information.

Where was the file "app.Bl87ylQyTvEQlk4yz4YZQ.6" located and how did you come to the
conclusion (which may be a faux conclusion) that the file is malware related ?
