Default Ergonomic Keyboard on XP Pro and IBM T42 Laptop

Hi,
After installing Intellitype 5.5 and connecting to USB the keyboard works
fine, except of this:

As far as I press one of my favorite keys (regardless if it's 1, 2,... or
"My Favorites") my DVD drive opens. It doesn't matter if I have assigned
something to my favorite keys or not. It just opens the DVD drive all the
time.

I cannot understand this strange behavior. Do you have any ideas/suggestions?

Please help!

Kind regards,
Christoph
