Default Login Problem!

Hey, where'd my original post go? Oh well.. take 2.

Anyway.. I've not setup any user accounts and the system boots straight into
Windows, but all of a sudden, it now stops at the login screen, where you
select a user account.. but there are no user accounts shown, so it's just
that blue screen with the only option 'Shut PC down' at the bottom.. what's
happened??

The question is, how do I fix it?
