Default Folks bought a new Camera

Thanks to all that responded to my previous thread. The solution was to
trade in the Kodak for another camera that works like a charm. My dad is not
computer savvy and so using a SD card drive (external or internal) would not
work. Also loading only from the administrator login would not be ideal as
well. Best Buy did not charge a re-stocking fee, although the camera worked
just fine on their PC as it did on my Mac OSX Tiger based Macintosh.

I used to have a Kodak and it worked flawlessly for 3+ years on both my Mac
and my folks PC. Both my mother's semi Pro Canon, and my point & shoot
12.1MP Canon work like a charm on my folks PC, so the conflict was with the
Kodak & the PC somewhere, so it was a very tough problem to resolve, and so
the new camera my dad bought works just fine.

Kodak, Canon, Olympus, Sony, Nokon & others have made lemons, and so this
camera was perhaps one.

Thanks to all!

John
