What exactly are you trying to do? The three-finger-salute gives you
the option of these tasks:

Lock
Switch User
Sign Out
Change Password
Task Manager

You don't get this?

That brings up task manager. Never knew. Thanks. I think I've issue with
Ctrl key. I've read somewhere professional assistance could fix keyboard.
Can't do copy/paste as I was used to do. I think it's a keyboard driver
problem but Windows information say best driver is already installed. It's
annoying. Can't do nothing. Have to adapt myself to situation. Sometimes
things aren't perfect.

Well it is time to change the keyboard. If you are on a desktop then
just change the keyboard; If you are using a laptop/Notebook then use
an external USB keyboard until you get it fixed by Knowhow or somebody
similar.

Sounds workable yet the machine is a laptop and table has little space. If
things get worst I'll try your idea.

I suspect this is a software issue because I've tried to change keyboard
driver and ctrl+alt+del worked but other keys were blocked. The alternative
driver I tried was a generic driver but system changed it to 106 keys driver
and laptop has small keyboard. Windows chooses automatically keyboard device
filter as best driver.

Laptop keyboards are considered a user-replaceable item, it just depends
on your comfort level.

Do you have two CTRL keys? Maybe just the one is borked.
