Default Win 10 Pro and Bluetooth

Just picked up a nice Bluetooth earbud set (JLab Pro) and want to use it to
listen to music on my PC. I bought a WavLink Bluetooth 4.0 dongle and
installed it, but I can't find where I tell it to pair to my buds, and my
buds aren't finding anything either.

Any of you know how to do this?

Go to Settings - Devices. It should be pretty obvious from there.

Start - Settings - Bluetooth, make sure it's on and then have it (and
the earbuds) search for one another.
