The 3rd and 4th ones shouldn't be in that list, since they still expose
client's IP address.

The third one should be Opera with its "VPN" (proxy) enabled.

I see what you mean.

The 1st one is tor and the second is epic and the third should be opera.
The third is srware iron which says its privacy because it's not chrome.
The fourth is comodo which says it blocks all "web spies" & "peppers."

I see what you mean in that they missed opera so how good can it be.
Are there any better than tor, epic, and opera for windows?

So far, I only found those three which are free, uses dedicated proxy, and
do not reveal client's IP address. If there are others, I'd be happy to
include them in my list of must-have web browsers.

Works fine as long as the CPU supports SSE2.

Dunno about that. When you fire up Opera here in Brazil, you
have to agree to the TOS which allows them to track you and sell your
information to undisclosed third parties. If you don't agree, it shuts
down.
Opera Mini, on one of my son's stupidphones.
It's pretty old though. Maybe that changed.
