Installed Q811493 and reboot hangs in XP

Two days ago I installed critical update Q811493
alongwith Q815485 and
Q817287 and rebooted my Windows XP Pro but the reboot
failed. In Safe Mode I
uninstalled Q811493 and the machine was back to normal.
Today I reinstalled
Q811493 just to check if it was a temporary problem or
something more and
once again the machine could not reboot. I uninstalled
the update Q811493
and everything was normal again. Is there something wrong
with thie update
or did anyone else have same/similar problem???
