Adding and Removing Programs

remove them they say that they will remove it and

Leave the Hot fixes. They are automatic updates,
probably fixed some error you had in the past. If U use
computer restore U probably removed some anyway.

Just to make sure that you understood to leave them alone. These are
updates that have been applied to your computer the Microsoft Update
Website.
