I would like to delete windows messenger, can anyone please tell me how I can
go about it.

try going to control panel find "add or remove programmes" find msn messenger
and remove it, good luck

Greetings Sharon,

Windows Messenger can be removed by clicking the Start button, then click Run and type in
(copy-paste if you like):
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

Then click OK.
Messenger will then be uninstalled. For more detailed instructions and screenshots, go to,

I will try that, msn messenger is an easy on, windows messenger however I
needed help with and I thank you so much for you assistance.
