-----Original Message----- I was working on my computer and suddnley i received the message that Windows must restart because the Remote procedure call service terminated unexpectedly. Could some one help me please i am desperate. . i am getting the same thing, svchost.exe might be leaking memory, it might be hard to do without access to the net but service pack for xp might solve this, altho i have not tried it yet - neil
