Default SiS Graphics Driver

I received a message about there being a fatal error on my computer from this
website:

http://wer.microsoft.com/responses/R...n-us/......etc.

It said that "SiS Graphics Driver has stopped working properly.
Your computer might be missing updates that can help improve its stability
and security."

and it told me to "Follow the steps below to install high-priority updates
and available SiS Graphics Driver updates"

I didn't because the website was http://WER.microsoft (thought it strange to
have the "WER" in there).

Can anyone tell me if this is a legit security update? I went to the
Microsoft update site and updated everything there but nothing said anything
about this SiS thingy.

THANKS!

Unfortunately, we are not able to check a URL that includes "......etc."

WER stands for Windows Error Reporting.

For information on Sis graphics drivers:
http://www.sis.com/download/agreemen...url=/download/

Okay, wasn't sure if that was needed. Here's the full URL:
