Open your Address Book. Click on File, Export, Address Book (WAB). Pick where you want to save it (if you don't want to
use the default location), and name it what you want.

If you want to import it later, go to File, Import, Address Book (WAB). Navigate to the folder where you saved the
exported file, highlight the file, and click Open. That's the easiest way I know of.
